Your Guides 

Gerardo Lorenzo Virgen: is a licensed captain and guide, Gerardo has well over 30 years experience in these waters and has fished all his life.  He is a native Yelapan from a well respected and honorable family with deep roots in the community.  He is the recommended guide for the Hotel Lagunita and several of the guest houses and vacation rentals in Yelapa.  He is bilingual and known for his high ethics, and great trips.

Jairam (Jay) Lorenzo Cruz: is the oldest son of Gerardo. Jay has over 10 years of experience, as he has run trips with his father since he was old enough to tag along.  He was educated in Ashland, Oregon in his senior year of high school through an exchange program.  He is bilingual and a mature and capable skipper and guide. 

Their passion is fishing and boating, they know how to get the fish, how to tour the islands, how to find whales and in general how to make your boat excursion a success and a memorable experience. They know Yelapa and surrounding waters better than anyone.
